Big second half sparks Bobcat girls

Bowling Green's girls put together a 25-point second half to defeat Napoleon, 42-39.
In other girls games it was: Perrysburg 50, Anthony Wayne 20; Elmwood 59, Rossford 45; Eastwood 48, Fostoria 45; Genoa 60, Otsego 30; Ottawa Hills 55, Northwood 23; and Tiffin Calvert 61, Lakota 17.

BGHS 42, Napoleon 39
In Napoleon, Hanna Williford led BG with 15 points in an Northern Lakes League win. Livvy Dill  scored 10.
BG is 11-11 and 5-9. Napoleon is 5-15, 2-13.

Eastwood 48, Fostoria 45
In Fostoria, Mackenzie Albright scored 18 points and Reagan Boice scored 13 leading Eastwood to a Northern Buckeye Conference victory.
Emily Hayward added 10 points for the Eagles (3-17, 2-12).
Fostoria is 1-19, 0-13.

Genoa 60, Otsego 30
In Genoa, Morgan Smoyer scored 10 points for Otsego (10-12, 7-7) in its NBC loss.

Ottawa Hills 55, Northwood 23
In Northwood, Ottawa Hills led 26-7 at halftime of a Toledo Area Athletic Conference game.
The Rangers are 5-17, 5-9. OH finished 13-1 in the TAAC.

Junior varsity results
Woodmore beat Lake, 32-29. Lake's Jadah Smith and Kristen Deal each had seven points.

Junior high results

Springfield beat Perrysburg, 22-20. Nadeen Jemaa led Perrysburg with seven points.
Napoleon beat Bowling Green, 42-25. Leading scorers for BG were Holly Roe with 10 points and Alexis Kisor with six points.
Perrysburg defeated Springfield, 37-12. Tori Kopp led Perrysburg with 11 points.

BG defeated Napoleon 42-8. Callie Scheier scored 13 points  for the Bobcats.

Elmwood defeated Otsego, 44-27. Elmwood's leaders were Zach Weiss, Austin Moses and Matthew Cline.
Lake beat Genoa, 52-35. Blake Osborn scored 19 and Andrew Hoffman had 11 points for Lake.

Genoa beat Lake, 58-45. Jase Bowen scored 20 points and Luke Walsh scored 14 for Lake.
