Eastwood's girls were second and Bowling Green was third Saturday in the Red Division of the Fostoria High School Invitational cross country meet.
Eastwood totaled 79 points and BG had 106 in the 16-team meet.
Also from Wood County, Otsego was seventh with 213 and Rossford was 14th with 357.
Eastwood's top five were: Hannah Sponaugle, third, 19:47; Maddie Jackson, fourth, 20:01; Meagan Kaminski, seventh, 20:29; Ashley Madaras, 24th, 21:29; and Lexi Clark, 44th, 22:10.
BG's top five were: Sasha Lanning, fifth, 20:11; Jenna Schonter, 14th, 20:57; Mallory Glenn, 21st, 21:20; Natalie Applegate, 30th, 21:45; and Morgan Akenberger, 39th, 22:04.
Otsego's top five were: Dayna Fackler, 18th, 21:13; Marisa DiBartolomeo, 31st, 21:47; Adeline Smith, 38th, 22:01; Alison Graham, 66th, 23:19; and Sadie VanHorn, 76th, 23:30.
Rossford's top five were: Jessica Pietrasz, 10th, 20:45; Kaya Kirkman, 91st, 24:29; Samantha Strohm, 92nd, 24:32; Sara Maas, 109th, 105:15; and Madeline York, 120th, 26:04.
In the Black Division, North Baltimore was 14th with 360 points.
NB's top five were: Raegan Fleckner, 66th, 25:11; Megan Ernsberger, 94th, 26:51; Taylor Grilliot, 99th, 27:01; Leslie Burch, 107th, 27:55; and Mariah Leonard, 114th, 28:39.

Lakota's Reese finishes 11th
At Anna Elementary School, Lakota's Cariss Reese finished 11th in 20:18.
Lakota finished 15th out of 17 teams with 306 points.
Completing the Raiders' top  five were: Amanda Lane, 66th, 23:25; Morgan Lowry, 69th, 23:33; McKenna Harrison, 132nd, 26:02; and Barbara Sprauer, 149th, 26:44.

Otsego finishes second
At the Fostoria High School Invitational, Otsego finished third with 120 points in the 20-team meet.
Also from the county,  Eastwood was fourth with 129, BG was fifth with 138 and Rossford was 19th with 555.
Otsego's top five were: Brandon Avers, second, 16:23; Caleb Baus, 18th, 17:32; Jordy Ghesquiere, 25th, 17:45; Derek Morgan, 28th, 17:52; and Garry Armstrong, 47th, 18:20.
Eastwood's top five were: Tim Hoodlebrink, ninth, 17:09; Gabe Fredericks, 20th, 17:34; Sam Church, 23rd, 17:42; Noah Smith, 27th, 17:50; and Josh Bierley, 50th, 18:25.
BG's top five were: Lucas Overmyer, 10th, 17:16; Bret Horn, 16th, 17:29; Grant Stierwalt, 30th, 17:56; Jack Amburgey, 40th, 18:12; and Mitchell Gardner, 42nd, 18:13.
Rossford's top five were: Taylor Smale, 79th, 19:10; Nolan York, 117th, 20:13; Martin Linthicum, 191st, 23:54; Harrison Fink, 195th, 24:19; and Mat Myers, 200th, 25:39.
The Black Division race was canceled because of heavy rain and lightning.

Lakota finishes 10th
At Anna Elementary School, Lakota finished 10th in the 20-team meet with 266 points.
Lakota's top five were: Luke Baker, 17th, 17:54; Caleb Tolento, 55th, 18:41; Isaac Ritter, 59th, 18:50; Matthew Steiner, 83rd, 19:31; and David Mason, 92nd, 19:37.
