Bowling Green's volleyball team swept visiting Maumee, 25-16, 25-23, 26-24 in a Northern Lakes League match Thursday night.
Leading the Bobcats were: Mackenzie Dunn, 18 assists; Reagan Morman, 16 assists; Hanna Williford, 21 digs; and Courtney Spears, eight kills.  PHOTO GALLERY

Perrysburg downs Southview
In Perrysburg, the Yellow Jackets were 25-12, 25-20, 25-18 winners over Southview in an NLL match.
Perrysburg is 7-2 overall and 6-0 in the NLL.
Leading the Yellow Jackets were: Audra Appold, 14 kills, six aces; Savannah Miller, 10 kills, nine digs; Chloe Matuga, 21 assists.

Eastwood sweeps Fostoria
In Fostoria, Eastwood was a 25-5, 25-6, 25-13 winner in a Northern Buckeye Conference match.
Eastwood is 7-2 overall and 6-0 in the NBC.
Leading the Eagles were: Jaci Juergens, six aces, three kills, 30 assists; Mackenzie Albright, nine digs; Bri Hoodlebrink, six aces, seven kills; Elise Wolff, 14 kills, six digs; Emily Hayward, six kills; and Morgan Getz, five kills.

Otsego beats Rossford
In Tontogany, Otsego swept Rossford 25-19, 25-17, 25-23 in an NBC match.
Leaders for Otsego were: Mackenzy Varner, 40 assists; Morgan Smoyer, 16 kills; Abby Hesselschwardt, 14 kills; Savannah Schwind, 13 digs; and Lindsey Donald, 10 digs.
Leading Rossford were: Karly Durco, 15 digs; Julie Hotz, four aces, six kills, five blocks, 12 digs; and Maggie Leahy, six kills, 14 digs, two blocks.
Otsego is 7-2 overall and 5-1 in the NBC. Rossford is 3-3 in the NBC.

Calvert tops NB
In North Baltimore, Tiffin Calvert beat the Tigers, 25-6, 25-0, 25-14 in a Midland Athletic League match.

Eastwood 5, Genoa 0
In Genoa, Eastwood scored four times in the second half to collect the NBC win.
Kortni Montag and Dani Bruning each scored two goals for the Eagles, while Reagan Boice added one.
Maddie Cherry had two assists while goalkeeper Alex Brockschmidt recorded two saves.

BGHS 4, Bowsher 1
Bowling Green scored twice in the second half to clinch the nonleague win over Toledo Bowsher.
Brian LeGalley, Kassie Memmer, Josiah Nichols and Clark Mayberry scored for the Bobcats, while Tony Reisberg added an assist.
Zach DeSola had five saves for BG, 6-3.

Eastwood wins
final NBC shootout
At Chippewa Golf Course in Curtice, Eastwood remained in first place in the NBC standings by winning the fourth and final shootout with a team score of 164.
Lake was second at 169 while Rossford was third at 171. Elmwood (191), Fostoria (200) and Otsego (219) finished sixth, seventh and eighth, respectively.
Eastwood's Kyle Waynick and Rossford's Mason Robinson shared medalist honors each shooting 40.
David Krukemyer and Nick Coffman each added a 41 for the Eagles, while Steven Bruning shot 42.
Ian Johnson, Michael Kranz and Owen Johnson paced Lake as each shot 42 with Dylan Mauder contributing with a 43.
Ryan Niese and Jackson Murphree led Rossford, each shooting 43, while Chris Schaffer added a 45.
Elmwood's scorers were: Trevor Robbins, 44; Nate Ramsey, 45; Marc Day, 50; and Nate Sterling, 52.
Otsego's scorers were: Samson Dunmyer, 50; Brian Frail, 55; Justin Garmenn, 56; and Mitchell Miles, 58.
Eastwood leads the overall team standings with 29 points while Lake is second with 26 points and Rossford is third with 25 points. Elmwood is sixth with 10 points, Fostoria is seventh with nine points and Otsego is eighth with five points.
The league tournament is Tuesday at Green Hills in Clyde.

Northview 161, BGHS 165
At Highland Meadows, Bowling Green suffered its first loss of the season.
Trey Walker, Tyler Remeis and Alex Noble each shot 41 while Tad McKanna added a 42.
The Bobcats are 7-1 overall and 4-1 in the NLL.

North Baltimore 167,
McComb 172
At Birch Run in North Baltimore, the Tigers' Garrett Boyer was the medalist with a 39.
NB's other scores were: Brock Boyer, 41; Jacob Frost, 43; and Noah Brian, 44.

Danbury 188, Northwood 230
At Chippewa Golf Course, Northwood was defeated in a Toledo Area Athletic Conference match.
Scorers for the Rangers were: Dustin Sigurdson, 56; Dylan Makowski, 57; Shelby Smith, 58; Riley Bisbee, 59.

Elmwood 196, Ridgedale 251
At Hickory Grove, Savannah Baker's medalist round of 44 helped Elmwood to a nonleague win.
Also scoring for the Royals, 12-2, were: Alexis Miller, 47; Taylor Carr, 51; and Sierra Semko, 54.

Junior varsity results
Eastwood beat Fostoria, 25-15, 25-16.
Otsego beat Rossford, 25-20, 25-21.
Bowling Green beat Maumee, 25-16, 25-22. BG's leaders were: Stephanie Hermes, eight kills; Maggie Venis, 16 assists; Kinsey Kale, 13 digs, two aces; and Britany Finger, two aces.
Tiffin Calvert beat North Baltimore, 23-25, 27-25, 25-22.
At Hidden Hills Golf Course, Eastwood's score of 199 beat Woodmore (202) and Genoa (220). Ryan Salazar led the Eagles with a 47.

Freshmen results
North Baltimore beat Tiffin Calvert. No scores were available.

Junior high results
Genoa beat Eastwood, 54-0.
Eastwood, 2-0, defeated Genoa 30-0. Jake Pickerel threw for two touchdowns and for three two-point conversions. Antonio Salinas had two rushing touchdowns for the Eagles. Cade Boos and Tyler Haas were on the receiving end of Pickerel's touchdown passes. Haas, Cory Coffman and Logan Frobose each caught two-point conversion passes. Ian Downard had a fumble recovery for Eastwood.
