TOLEDO – There will be 12 area florists and 23 hobbyists and garden clubs which will help to fill the
Toledo Museum of Art with flowers for the Art in Bloom event May 8-11.
The May 8 gala features glass vessels designed by professional florists.

Wood County professional artists participating include Angel Elden, Angel 101, and Molly Pierce, Ken’s
Flower Shops, both Perrysburg; and Lisa Nickel, Enchanted Flowers, Millbury.
County non-professionals include Stephanie Mattoni of Perrysburg, along with Sue Kienzle, Joan Layne,
Myra McClure and Luella Smith of the Country Garden Club, Perrysburg; Barbara Coon, Sara North, Gingi
Rothman, Mary Tudor and Polly White, all of the St. Timothy’s Flower Guild; along with Cindy Holmes,
Cynthia Taylor, Koneta Ann Hurlstone and Joan Layne, all of Perrysburg; and Vicki Gallagher, Rossford.
