The Landscape/Turfgrass/Urban agriculture crew of Owens Community College will hold its 2014 spring plant
sale May 1 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
All the annuals being sold were grown by the college’s Greenhouse Management class.
Cell packs of four plants and small single pots of annual flowers are $2 each or three for $5. Hanging
baskets are priced at $9. Combination planters run between $18 and $25. Other plants and planters may
have a variety of other prices.
Perennials are priced at $8 each or three for $20.
There will also be a variety of shrubs and trees available. Prices range from $16 to $30, each for the
shrubs, and up to $50 each for the trees.
The sale will be held behind the Math/Science Building off of Oregon Road. Those attending should follow
the posted signs.
