Wood County voters will face a variety of money issues on the Nov. 5 ballot.
All voters will be able to vote on the additional 2.95-mill request from Wood Lane, while voters in six school districts will face a combination of levy, bond and income tax requests.
The following list is from those subdivisions that have filed petitions.
Questions and issues will be certified to the ballot by the board at 9:30 a.m. Friday.
County
Additional tax, 2.95 mills; Developmental Disabilities; five years; commencing in 2013, first due in 2014.
School Districts
Eastwood Local School District: Renewal tax, 2 mills; general permanent improvements; five years commencing 2013, first due in 2014.
Elmwood Local School District: Renewal income tax, 1/2 percent; current expenses; five years beginning January 1, 2016.
Elmwood Local School District: Renewal income tax, 3/4 percent; current expenses; five years beginning January 1, 2017.
Gibsonburg Exempted Village School District: Income tax, 3/4 percent; current operating expense; five years beginning January 1, 2014.
Northwood Local School District: Income tax with bond Issue, income tax 0.25 percent for current operating expenses, for a continuing period of time and bond issue of $11,700,000, 4.9 mills; constructing school facilities under the Classroom Facilities Assistance Program of the Ohio School Facilities Commission and locally funded initiatives related thereto; furnishing and equipping the same; improving the sites thereof and acquiring interests in land relating thereto.
Rossford Exempted Village School District: Bond issue, $32,200,000; 4.6 mills; constructing, renovating, and improving school facilities; 37 years; commencing in 2013, first due in calendar year 2014.
Cities
Perrysburg City: Replacement tax, 1 mill; Collection and disposal of garbage and refuse; two years; commencing in 2013, first due in calendar year 2014.
Rossford City Charter Amendment; ART. III; Compensation for Council.
Rossford City Charter Amendment; ART. IV; Compensation for Mayor.
Villages
Bairdstown: Additional tax, 6 mills; current expenses; five years; commencing in 2013, first due in calendar year 2014.
Bloomdale: Renewal tax, 2 mills; current expenses; five years; commencing in 2013, first due in 2014.
Haskins: Renewal tax, 1.5 mills; current expenses; five years; commencing 2014, first due in 2015.
Risingsun: Replacement tax, 1.8 mills; purchase and maintenance of fire and medical protection equipment; five years; commencing in 2014, first due in 2015.
Wayne: Renewal tax, 1.9 mills; fire protection; five years; commencing in 2014, first due in 2015.
Townships
Center Township: Renewal tax, 2 mills; road maintenance and improvements, and road equipment purchases; four years; commencing in 2013, first due in calendar year 2014.
Freedom Township: Replacement tax, 0.4 mill; providing and maintaining fire apparatus and appliances; three years; commencing in 2013, first due in calendar year 2014.
Freedom Township: Additional tax, 1 mill; current expenses; three years; commencing in 2013, first due in calendar year 2014.
Henry Township Road District: Renewal tax, 1 mill; road repair, improvement and maintenance; five years; Commencing in 2014, first due in calendar year 2015.
Henry Township Fire District: Renewal tax, 1.5 mills; fire protection; five years; commencing in 2014, first due in calendar year 2015.
Jackson Township: Renewal tax, 4 mills; construction and repair of roads; five years; commencing in 2013, first due in calendar year 2014.
Jackson Township: Additional tax, 0.75 mill; providing, maintaining and operating the fire department; two years; commencing in 2013, first due in calendar year 2014.
Middleton Township: Renewal tax, 5 mills; providing, maintaining and operating the emergency medical service department; five years; commencing in 2013, first due in 2014.
Middleton Township: Renewal tax, 2 mills; providing, maintaining and operating the Middleton Township: Fire Department; three years; commencing in 2013, first due in 2014.
Perry Township: Renewal tax, 0.5 mill; emergency medical services; three years; commencing in 2014, first due in 2015.
Portage Township: Additional tax, 1 mill; general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing and repair of streets, roads and bridges; five years; commencing in 2013, first due in 2014.
Webster Township: Renewal tax, 3.1 mills; EMS and fire contracts; five years; commencing in 2013, first due in 2014.
