Great, another politician makes a trip to town and disrupts local business. Maybe his campaign should compensate small businesses in Maumee for lost revenue.

I suppose if Romney were making the same trip, you would be praising the attention he was bringing to NW Ohio and maybe the boon it would offer for local small business. In case you hadn't noticed, the Wolcott House is not exactly in the middle of downtown.

Imagine if he spent his time working on problems instead of blaming everybody. I think every business he visits ends up closing. He has been fund raising and campaigning for 2 years!

Romney is obviously a complete lamb when it comes to fund-raising....

Really, though, facts? do you get all your information about politics and politicians from your favorite dumbed-down and ideologically rigid media sources? Having followed world and national affairs for several years, I can honesty say that Obama has not really leveled blame at anything that didn't deserve it. The problem is, certain voters (like yourself) demand that everything be packaged into soundbites and schoolyard taunts, because the big bad world is too complex for your wee wittle bwain. So, if anyone tries to explain a complex situation, you just see them as whiners. I suppose you also believe Rush, that the job losses of 2008 were Obama's fault, too.

But, seriously, even if you do not like very much what the President has been doing, you will not find a single honest White House correspondent who will claim that he has not been hard-working. The focus on golf and vacations is strictly the playground of addicts of rightwing media who couldn't care less about the finer points of domestic policy or diplomacy (they certainly aren't reported in their favorite media sources), believe somehow that the President does not have a right to campaign for re-election, and have conveniently forgotten that certain Republican presidents (notably GWB and RWR) spent less time in the "office" than the current occupant.
