In collaboration with Bill Cody aka "the Pond Doctor" and OSU Extension, the Wood Soil and Water Conservation District will host a pond clinic 7-9 p.m. Wednesday.
Presenters include Cody and Craig Everett from OSU Extension.
Topics to be covered include: "New Concepts of Fish Stocking for Ponds," to include discussion on new possibilities for different species of fish in local ponds; along with "The Goals of the Pond Owner."
The clinic will be held in the Wood SWCD Office, 1616 East Wooster St., in The Courtyard of the Greenwood Centre, Suite 32. The clinic is free and open to the public, however preregistration is strongly suggested to ensure ample supplies of materials will be available for all attendees.
