The Gibsonburg FFA will stop taking orders for its 2014 annual sausage sale on Friday. Late orders for
sausage, ribs, and barbecue sauce may be placed up to March 7, but will be filled as the orders are
received as long as the product is available. The packaging date will be the morning of March 14. Call
in orders may be picked up after 1:30 on that day. Orders placed with FFA members should be delivered by
March 18. If you do not receive your order please call so that we may locate your order and make arrange
for immediate delivery.
The FFA is selling both mild seasoned and spicy seasoned sausage as links, bulk or patties. The FFA is
also selling fresh pork ribs by the side. The barbecue sauce is available in three flavors, Sweet and
Smokey, Island BBQ, and Mildly Spicy Kick. Also fresh Florida strawberries can be ordered and those will
be shipped straight to the chapter from Florida during the week of March 17.
The packaging and processing of all meat products will take place at Tank’s Meats, Inc. by members of the
Gibsonburg FFA.

Proceeds from the event will assist in covering expenses for FFA camps, conventions, leadership
conferences, judging contest and various other Gibsonburg FFA chapter activities.
