Workshops canceled
Due to low registration numbers, the Wood Soil and Water Conservation District has canceled both the rain barrel workshop for scheduled for today and the raised bed workshop on May 18.
However, rain barrel orders and raised bed garden frames are available at the district office 1616 E. Wooster St. Suite 32.

Bostdorff returned to AgCredit board
FOSTORIA - Ag Credit, Agricultural Credit Association, (Ag Credit), stockholders elected four farmers to three-year terms on the organization's board of directors effective May 1.
All four are incumbents and returned to the board including Charles Bostdorff of Bowling Green.
The other returning board members are Jerry Layman, Kenton; Deborah Johlin-Bach, Elmore; and Lauren Kamm, New London. Their terms end April 30, 2016.
Bostdorff farms 700 acres of corn, soybeans, wheat and barley in Wood County, and has a pure bred Charolais cow/calf operation with a cattle feed lot. He was initially elected to the board in 2001 and represents western Lucas, Henry and Wood counties.
The Ag Credit board consists of eight stockholder elected directors and three directors from diverse business backgrounds appointed by the elected directors.
