Open house slated for NRCS
The public is invited to join the Natural Resources Conservation Service for an "Open House" that will explain how NRCS can help. District Conservationist Kelly Niehaus will be available to discuss programs that are being offered and how these programs have benefited other producers.
Anyone who grows crops, fruits or vegetables or raises livestock for market can benefit by visiting the NRCS office on March 13 from 8 to 10 a.m. The office is located in the Greenwood Centre's Courtyard at 1616 E Wooster St., Unit 32.
Niehaus will have information available with a brief description of the various services offered by NRCS followed by open discussion tailored to each individual's needs.
