DELAWARE - In recognition for his efforts to pass the 2014 Farm Bill, U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH) recently received the Ohio Soybean Association's legislator of the year award.
"Representing Ohio farmers is an honor and I thank the Ohio Soybean Association for its recognition as legislator of the year," Brown said.
"Senator Brown was an instrumental part of moving the farm bill forward with many of the priorities important to Ohio's 24,000 soybean farmers," Jerry Bambauer, Ohio Soybean Association president said.  "We are very happy to recognize Senator Brown as OSA Legislator of the Year for this work."
