Lucky Charms
The Lucky Charms 4-H Club met June 5 at St. Marks Lutheran Church, Bowling Green.
For roll call members told what they are looking forward to doing this summer.
A Health and Safety report was given by Tim Kleman on "How to Treat Poison Ivy Upon Contact," Members discussed different remedies they have tried.
Meredith Schultz reported on her attendance at Princess Fairy Day Camp held at Camp Palmer. She told the group about etiquette techniques taught such as how to properly drink hot tea.  
Maria Latta gave a demonstration on "Tricks to Organizing a Dorm Room."
Keira Miller presented her Health and Safety Speech, "Sugar as a Toxin." She will represent Wood County at the District Health and Safety Speaking contest.
Members wore their tie-dyed T-shirts created at the club's Fun Day. A style show of the various designs occurred. Members then finalized ideas for the fair booth.
The next meeting will be tonight at 7 at the Junior High room at the church.

Duke's Mixture
Duke's Mixture 4-H Club met Sunday at Webster Township Hall.
At the meeting members decided on a design for the T-shirt. For the next meeting members should come with ideas for the booth and any sayings they might want to add to the shirts. Also, anyone who did not give a small demonstration of their project will give one at the next meeting. That meeting will be held July 1 at 8:30 p.m. at Webster Township Hall.

4-H Klover Kids
The 4-H Klover Kids' latest meeting was on June 10 at Marlene Graber's house.
Members continued to discuss our sports-themed float for the Bradner Day in the Park parade and decided on what members' favorite sports were that we are going to represent. Jessica Walter brought shirt designs for our group and as a group we decided our shirts would be a medium or dark shade of blue with lime green writing. She will check prices and the organizers will call people to see if they want shirts.
Members were also reminded that miscellaneous judging is July 10 from 1:30 to 6 p.m. and clothing and nutrition judging is July 12, also from 1:30 to 6 p.m. Members also decided their fair set-up would be on July 29.
Makenna Linkey and Nathan Walter also completed demonstrations.
The next meeting will be July 8, at 2 p.m. at the same location.

Horses R Us
The Horses R Us 4-H Club met Thursday at the Wood County Fairgrounds. Members answered roll call with their equine project.
There was discussion about past fundraisers and community service projects. Members also discussed the upcoming county fair.
The club is planning a McDonald's fundraiser on Aug. 25 from noon to 2 p.m.
The next meeting will be July5 at the Wood County Fairgrounds.
