Wood'N Horses
The Wood'N Horses 4-H Club met Feb. 28 at the Park District Office.
At the meeting members talked about many possible fundraiser ideas to raise money for the fair and future expenses. The club also talked more about the fair and what will be happening.
Some future projects and or activities include: Trotters will be sponsoring one of the fundraisers that will give 10 percent of a customer's bill to our group when given a specific flier.
The next scheduled meeting will be 7 p.m. Thursday and will be held at Heidi and Lexie Palmer's house.

Saddles N' Surreys
The Saddles N' Surreys 4-H Club is one of the biggest in Wood County.
Reporter Sarah Cox sates, "We are all about the kids and not just handling horses, but learning abut life skills."
New officers elected for 2013 include Maddy Cook,  president with Rebekah Wright as vice president The secretary is Lauren Nissen, and treasurer, Olivia Cox.
The reporter also says, "I think I speak for all of us when I say we are looking forward to a great fair. We will all try our hardest and have fun."
The club will hold a fundraiser at McDonald's on Route 20 in Perrysburg on May 3 from 5-8 p.m. Future equine events include Horse Camp and State Qualifying Show. Members also selected a design for the club T-shirts.
