Black Swamp Trailblazers
The most recent meeting of the Black Swamp Trailblazers 4-H club was held at the Wayne Public Library on March 13.
Members introduced themselves by stating their name and favorite season of the year.
The  2013 new club officers were recognized as follows: President, Janina Shope; co-vice presidents, Rachel Piasecki and Erin Agan; secretary, Bryn Parker; treasurer, Joe Agan; health and safety officer, Gretchen Shope; and recreation officer, Lily Parker McLaughlin.
The meeting then focused on discussion of, and finalizing 2013 registration and projects. Club members finished the meeting by playing a game of "Elf, Giant, Wizard" and having a healthy vegetable tray snack.
The next meeting will be April 17 at 6:30 p.m.
