Otsego High School Kevin Vollmar, Morgan McCullough, Diego Martinez and Andrew Michaelis have been selected as Otsego High School's students of the month for April. Vollmar, a senior from Bowling Green, maintains a 3.8 GPA and is ranked eighth in his class. He is the son of Ken Vollmar and Kim Bartlett. He is involved with baseball and basketball. He is a member of National Honor Society and has been on the honor roll all through high school. Outside of school, he is involved in Frontyard Football League, attended Buckeye Boys State and was an American Legion Americanism Winner. After graduation, he plans to attend Bowling Green State University and major in nursing. McCullough, a junior from Bowling Green, is the daughter of Bob and Patty McCullough. She is involved with basketball, student council and yearbook. She received an excellence in math award and a silver certificate from the Ohio High School Basketball coaches association scholarship society. Outside of school, she plays AAU basketball. After graduation, she hopes to attend BGSU and major in sport broadcasting or telecommunications. Martinez, a sophomore from Bowling Green, is the son of Jose and Hilda Martinez. He is a member of the soccer team. He maintained perfect attendance as a freshman and has received French academic awards, he is also on the honor roll. After graduation, he plans to attend college and major in neuorology or psychology. Michaelis, a freshman from Bowling Green, is the son of Doug and Linda Michaelis. He is involved with soccer, basketball, FFA and band. He received the Greenhand degree in FFA. Outside of school, he is involved in 4-H and Boy Scouts. He plans to attend Ohio State University but is undecided on a major. |
