Otsego High School
Shannon Damschroder was named the April senior Student of the Month at Otsego High School.
Also honored were junior Diego Martinez, sophomore Andy Wolfram and freshman Cameryn Drain.
Damschroder is the daughter of Scott and Dorene Damschroder, Bowling Green. She is ranked second in her class with a 4.0 grade point average.
She has been in concert, marching and band all four years; in chorale for three years; and in National Honor Society and the school musicals two years. She also is in women's choir this year and has participated in pep band, Key Club and concert choir. She played soccer her freshman through junior years.
She a member and secretary of her 4-H club; and a member of Wood County Leadership Board, Wood County Junior Fair Board, Girl Scouts, her church choir and her church youth group.
She plans to attend Bowling Green State University of Bowling Green to study speech pathology.
Martinez is the son of Jose and Hilda Martinez, Bowling Green.
He has spent three years playing soccer for the Knights, and has earned a French Academic Award for three years and an Advanced Woodworking Award this year.
He'll be a Buckeye Boys State delegate this summer.
Wolfram is in Book and Media Club and FFA and earned his Greenhand Degree last year
He's also received honors is biology and Spanish.
He's a five-year member and senior patrol leader of Boy Scouts Troop #324, and also is a member of his church youth group.
Drain participates in track and field, soccer, golf and women's choir.
She's the daughter of Rhett and Michelle Drain, Bowling Green.
