Elmwood High School
Jenna Irwin was the Student of the Month at Elmwood High School for the month of February.
She's the daughter of John and Kayla Irwin, Cygnet.
The senior is a member of National Honor Society and has earned honors in accounting, art, computer applications and Spanish I.
She has participated in art club, Spanish club, and is student council president as well as her class president.
She is a member of Country Guys and Gals 4-H club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, SWAT youth group, and Brookside Church. She also is a baking assistant at Sugar Buzz Bakery in Wayne
Irwin plans to attend Capital University or the University of Findlay to study finance and business management.

Otsego High School
Max Taborn was the senior Student of the Month at Otsego High School for the month of January.
Also honored were junior John Thomas, sophomore Olivia Cox and freshman Gwen Amborski.
Taborn has participated in jazz band, National Honor Society and the golf team.
He ranks 16th in his class with a 3.6 gpa.
He's interested in becoming a musician or a writer.
He's the son of Bonnie and William Taborn Jr., Grand Rapids.
Thomas is the son of Jeff and Julie Thomas, Grand Rapids.
He's spent two years in FFA, basketball and choir, and a year in football, baseball and cross country. He's earned varsity letters in basketball and baseball, as well as his FFA Greenhand and Chapter degrees.
He's considering majoring in nursing, pharmacy or agricultural science after high school.
Cox is on the equestrian team and is involved with book and media club. She's been a member of Saddles 'n Surreys 4-H club for seven years.
She's the daughter of Allen and LeeAnn Cox.
Amborski is the daughter of Daniel and Adrienne Amborski, Bowling Green. She's a member of varsity golf and was named all-league honorable mention this years. She also has played softball for the Knights. She's been in 4-H for five years.
