Elmwood MS defeats BGCA, North Baltimore
Elmwood Middle School scored two wins.
Elmwood beat Bowling Green Christian Academy on Feb. 26, 84-42; and North Baltimore on March 3, 86-34.
Top scorers in the first match were Dakota Clementz for Elmwood, and Hannah Bowlus and Joe Allen for
BGCA.
In the second match, top scorers were Joey Laborie for Elmwood and David Patterson for North Baltimore.
Coaches are Katie Smith for Elmwood, Sue Larimer for BGCA and Ryan Lamb for North Baltimore.
Lake MS defeats BGCA
Timmy Walker scored the most points for Lake Middle School in the teams win over Bowling Green Christian
Academy. The score was 40-34.
High scorer for BGCA was Kathryn Fyfe.
Coaches are Anita Price for Lake and Sue Larimer for BGCA.

Lake MS defeats Woodmore
In a Feb. 25 match, Lake Middle School defeated Woodmore 48-24.
High scorers were Emily Greene and Nick Chiappetta for Lake and Megan Wax for Woodmore.
The coaches are Anita Price for Lake and Courtney Reiner for Woodmore.
Gibsonburg defeats NB
In a Feb. 23 match, the middle school team from Gibsonburg beat their counterparts in North Baltimore,
70-38.
High scorers were Nathan Young for Gibsonburg and Billy Trout for North Baltimore.
Coaches are Tom Stewart and Ryan Lamb, for Gibsonburg and North Baltimore respectively.
Gibsonburg MS downs Lake
Gibsonburg Middle School defeated Lake, 62-28, in a match held Feb. 20.
Timmy Walker and Emily Greene were high scorers for Lake while Lucus Rupke led the Gibsonburg team.
Anita Price is the coach at Lake and Tom Stewart is the coach at Gibsonburg.

Gibsonburg Middle School beat Bowling Green Christian Academy, 48-40, in a match held Feb. 19.

North Baltimore Middle School beat Bowling Green Christian Academy 52-38 in a match held Feb. 25.
Garrett Byrd was top scorer for North Baltimore and Hannah Bowlus was top scorer for BGCA.

The Eastwood Middle School quiz bowl team beat Bowling Green Christian Academy, 84-30, in a match held
March 4.
Leading their teams were David Deniston for Eastwood and Luke Cundriff for BGCA.

BGCA wins against Hilfiker Elem.
In elementary quiz bowl action, Bowling Green Christian Academy beat Gibsonburg’s Hilfiker Elementary,
96-60.

Elmwood falls to Eastwood, BGCA
The Elmwood Elementary quiz bowl team was beaten by Eastwood, 100-34, on Feb. 25 and by Bowling Green
Christian Academy, 90-66, on Feb. 26.
Top scorers for the teams were Laurel Bruhl for BGCA, David Russel for Eastwood, and Cassie Bechstein for
Elmwood in both matches.
Coaches are Sandra Laborie for Elmwood, Holly Chappuies for Eastwood, and Sue Larimer for BGCA.

The Bowling Green Christian Academy elementary quiz bowl team defeated Eastwood, 86-80.

The elementary quiz bowl tournament will be held Monday, and the middle school tournament is Tuesday.
