On Monday, a Day in Time concert is for those who have trouble making evening shows

On Monday at 10 a.m., the Bowling Green Bobcat Jazz and Symphonic Bands will present a concert in the
Performing Arts Center.
This special daytime concert is programmed especially for those that have difficulty attending evening
events.
The jazz band performance will include the Big Band sounds of "Tuxedo Junction" and "Mood
Indigo."
The symphonic band will perform a variety of selections including American composer Aaron Copland’s
"The Promise of Living," a saxophone quartet called "Sailor’s Hornpipe," an
arrangement of a piano piece named "Cakewalk" and popular marches.
Guest soloist Jim George will perform a euphonium solo as well.
The concert will last about 40 minutes with refreshments served after in the lobby.
The intentions is to make the show especially fun for young children as well as senior citizens.
