Ohio State University
The Ohio State University has issued the list of seniors and graduate students who earned degrees at commencement exercises in December.
Bowling Green: Justin Dickey, Bachelor of Science in Agriculture; Lauren Markey, Bachelor of Arts; Jessica Petrus, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration; Kelly Richardson, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration; John Wade, Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with cum laude honors; Ryan Welty, Bachelor of Arts.
Perrysburg: Zachary Boerger, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering with cum laude honors; Kelsey Flenniken, Bachelor of Arts; Brian Kohl, Bachelor of Science in Education; Joshua Riesen, Bachelor of Arts with cum laude honors; Amy Williams, Bachelor of Arts with magna cum laude honors.
Also earning degrees were: Travis Wansitler, Bachelor of Science in Agriculture; Grant Mitchell Whittaker, Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with cum laude honors; Nathan Herringshaw, Rudolph, Bachelor of Science in Agriculture; Ryan Munch, Northwood, Master of Science; Brooke Welling, Northwood, Bachelor of Arts with cum laude honors.
A number of local students also earned degrees during commencement exercises in August. They include: Kara Bihn, Bowling Green, Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering Cum Laude; Alyssa LaVoy, Pemberville, Bachelor of Science; Phillip Tewers, Rossford, Master of Education; David Boyce, Perrysburg, Bachelor of Science; Jonathan Rohrs, Perrysburg, Bachelor of Science in Architecture; Megan Witt, Perrysburg, Bachelor of Arts; Brianne Gasser, Northwood, Bachelor of Arts.
Nearly 100 students graduated at the end of fall semester at Otterbein University, including Shannon Strow, Custar
Hinds Community College
Vernon Grantham of Perrysburg was among about 800 students who graduated in December from Hinds Community College.
He earned an Associate of Applied Science.
The school is located in Raymond, MS.
Kara Sigmon of Perrysburg graduated Magna Cum Laude from Clemson University Dec. 19 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Financial Management.
