St. Louis in Custar marks Catholic School Week
CUSTAR - St. Louis School will be celebrating Catholic School Week through Saturday. A variety of activities are planned including collecting stuffed animals to be given to traumatize children, a living Rosary to pray for world peace, and "Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader" contest pitting students against teachers.
There will also be appreciation days for the students, teachers and parents.
All Catholic schools throughout the Diocese of Toledo will be celebrating this week.

Pancake breakfast at Rossford
ROSSFORD - A pancake breakfast will be served Saturday from 8 to 11 a.m. in the Rossford High School cafeteria.
The all-you-can-eat meal will include sausage/bacon, and beverage. The cost is $5 for adults, $4 for senior citizens and students, and $1 for children 5 and under.
The breakfast is sponsored by the Committee for Better Schools for a Better Community.

Casino trip is fundraiser for Otsego Post Prom
TONTOGANY - The Otsego Post Prom Committee is offering a bus trip to Greek Town Casino in Detroit on Feb. 27.
Guests can catch the bus at Otsego High School or the Meijer on Conant Street in Maumee. The bus departs OHS at 4 p.m. and returns at midnight.
The cost is $20 per person; beverages will be provided on the bus for additional costs. Guests can take their own snacks.
The deadline to purchase tickets is Feb. 15.
There will be a 50/50 drawing on the way there and back.
