Lakota, Elmwood meet Monday
The boards of education for Lakota and Elmwood schools meet Monday
The Lakota board will meet in the staff dining room.
The Elmwood board will meet in the auditeria.
Both meetings start at 7 p.m.

Perrysburg acts on personnel
PERRYSBURG - Action was limited to personnel items when school board members met for a work session Tuesday morning.
Those items approved included the resignation of Rachel Heinrich, a junior high Spanish teacher, and Norman Drogmiller, maintenance supervisor, as well as the retirement of social studies teacher Dave Hall. Patricia Mauer's contract to teach Spanish was amended from part time to full time.
Also approved were one-year, limited contracts for Angel Simok, second grade teacher, Woodland Elementary School; Brenda Skinner, junior high intervention specialist; and Julia Lark, part-time reading teacher at Frank Elementary School. The board also approved and amended contracts for employees including tutors and custodians.
The board conducted an executive session for the purpose of negotiations, and no action was taken.

Perrysburg sets 2013-14 theater schedule
Perrysburg High School's 2013-2014 theater season will feature three performances:
•    "Rumors," Nov. 8-10; auditions Sept. 3-4
•    "Winter One Acts," Jan. 23-31 and Feb. 1-2; auditions Nov. 4 and Nov. 6
•    "West Side Story," May 1-4; auditions Jan. 27-29
