(Editor’s note: This is the third of a four-day listing of Bowling Green middle school students who were
honored.)
The Bowling Green Exchange Club again is recognizing area youth for the good things they’ve accomplished
this past year, in and out of the classroom.
The Exchange Club’s Positive Start program asks teachers to honor students who have done something
positive. Students must live in the Bowling Green School District and be in grades 7 or 8. The purpose
is to honor students who have achieved "to the best of their abilities" to improve the school
and community settings.
A luncheon will be held Tuesday at Stone Ridge Golf Club to honor all 59 students who represent Bowling
Green Middle School, St. Aloysius Catholic School and Bowling Green Christian Academy.
The following students, all from Bowling Green Middle School, are among those being honored:
Noah LaPolt, an eighth-grader, is a positive role model for his classmates on Team Phoenix. He
consistently made the honor roll and works hard to maintain good grades. He also enjoys playing soccer
and hopes to play at the high school.
