|BG adds new staff for 2013-14 school year|

At Tuesday's special meeting, the Bowling Green Board of Education approved hiring a number of staff members for the 2013-14 school year.
The district is looking to fill 19 positions left open from retirements.
Those hired include: Callie Maas, guidance counselor; Elena Tapia, fourth grade teacher; Katie Burris, intervention specialist; Joan Battin, third-grade teacher; Kristin Bechstein, kindergarten teacher; and David Stanton, fifth-grade teacher.
The board hired three teachers at its May 21 meeting.
