St. John's Jesuit High School held its 45th commencement May 23 at the Stranahan Theater.
Sean Wheelock gave the valedictory address. Other valedictorians were Samin Rai and Dominic Zirbel, both of Wood County, and Henry Thaman.
Salutatorian was Ronald Birchfield.
Some of the schools graduates have been admitted to include Harvard, Yale, Georgetown, Michigan, Notre Dame, Northwestern, Ohio State and Toledo.
Graduates from Wood County included Anthony Andreshak, Drew Barber, Nicholas Behm, Andrew Bostdorff, Nicholas Carlson, Stephen Carr, Solanus de la Serna, Kevin Eberle, John Emmenecker, Matthew Fought, Chance Fryar, Austin Gardner, Abbas Hussein, Chad Kosanovich, Troy Laipply, Wai Ting Kenneth Lam, Robert Mack, Joshua Miller, Aidan O'Loughlin, Donagh O'Loughlin, Benito Perales, Christof Pontasch, Andrew Prephan, Joshua Prephan, Logan Proch, Samin Rai, Gabriel Scherer, Alexander Schwind, Lucas Sopko, Dakota Soviar, Eric Ten Brink, Corey Tipton, David Vidovich, Samuel Weinandy, Henry Witt, Devin Wozniak and Dominic Zirbel.
