TONTOGANY - All members were present for the Feb. 3 Valentine party held at the home of Donna Lambert.
She served a lunch of beef and noodles, slaw, relishes and rolls.
The meeting followed. It was voted to give a donation of $100 to the Cocoon Shelter in Bowling Green. A thank you was received from the Otsego Christmas Basket Fund for the chapter's donation.
The social committee chairman will check to see if the town hall is available for the chapter's Mother's Day festivity in May.
Items for the Otsego Food Pantry will be taken over to Grand Rapids by Lambert.
A secret pal gift exchange took place and new names were drawn. The hostess presented everyone a red rose and a box of candy.
A decorated cake was served following the meeting.
Lambert will receive the Preceptor Degree at the next meeting, to be held Feb. 17 at the home of Janice Kaiser.
