Alpha Zeta Master
Eight members of Alpha Zeta Master Chapter, Beta Sigma Phi International meet at the Bowling Green Country Club on Wed. May 8 to celebrate Mother's Day.  
A short meeting followed the dinner. Betty Goodman, Service Chairman, read a thank you from Wood County District Public Library for purchasing books from the Buy A Book Campaign.
A short discussion was held regarding entertainment for Exemplar Night which the chapter will be in charge of next year. Thoughts were also presented regarding the time, date and food to be served. More information will be forthcoming later.
City Council representative Linda Harden passed around the Tractor Pull schedule for Aug. 16-18.  Members willing to work are given an opportunity to sign up.
All the members mentioned how nice Founder's Day was and that it was enjoyed by all. The articles in the newspaper were very good as well.  
Mary Ann Book read a Mother's Day poem from "So Glad We're Friends."
The next business meeting will be held May 22 at 1:30 in the home of Rose Emmerich.  The meeting will include installation of officers.
