Gamma Sigma
TONTOGANY — The club met March 4 at the home of Barbara Verhovec, with eight members present.
Sandi Woodbury  showed Avon products prior to the meeting. Today is the deadline for orders.
President Jackie Shank gave a reading about friends.
The Founders Day program has been received by the president.
The members will visit a sand sculpture in Findlay at the Hancock County Fairgrounds on April 1.
For the program, the hostess demonstrated the making of a glass floral candle holder which all members made.
Refreshments were then served.
Judy Robinson will have the March 18 meeting, at which election of new officers will take place. Items for the food pantry are to be brought to the meeting.

Master Alpha Zeta
Five members of Alpha Zeta Master Chapter, Beta Sigma Phi International met at Panera Bread on March 6.  After lunch, President Vicki Harris led a short business meeting.
She announced that Beta Sigma Phi Convention will be held in Akron May 17-19. Anyone interested must have their reservations in by April 22. Vice President Mary Tonjes received the list from International regarding members from this chapter who are eligible to progress.  
Service chairman Betty Goodman asked that the chapter send money to First Step for Easter projects.  
Founder’s Day will be celebrated at the Bowling Green Country Club on April 28 from 1 to 4 p.m. The social chairmen will meet Tuesday, March 19 at Grounds for Thoughts.
Linda Harden presented the program on mystery books and how books inspire the reader to find new avenues to explore.
The next business meeting will be held in the home of Betty Goodman on March 27. Goodman will give the program.
