At their November meeting, Friends of the Pemberville Public Library finalized plans for the upcoming Christmas Home tour, to be held Saturday, Dec. 7 from 2-7 p.m.  
Tickets are available through Dec. 7 at the Pemberville Library and will be available at the homes on the day of the tour.
This year's tour includes the homes of Corey and Deb Seem, 6612 Holcomb Road; Ben and Brianne Frobose, 6375 Holcomb Road.; Ty  and Chelsea Daniels, 16657 Eisenhour Road; and Phil and Renee Farmer, 2865 Sampson Road.  Refreshments will be provided by the Friends at the library during the tour.

Alpha Zeta Master Chapter Beta Sigma Phi International met Nov. 12 at the Bowling Green Country Club with seven members present.  
Following lunch, President Colleen Smith conducted the meeting. A moment of silence was observed in memory of long-time member Nancy Germann who died the previous week. The members extended a thank you to Smith and Marilyn Pahl who provided food for the families at the funeral home, and to Vickie Harris for letting each chapter know the time of BSP memorial service. A thank you was read from Xi Gamma Kappa Chapter for Exemplar Night which was held Oct. 24.

Laureate Gamma Sigma
Six members attended the Nov. 18 meeting at the home of President Judy Robinson, who began by reading an article about Thanksgiving.
The Nov. 11 social was attended by five members.
It was voted to participate in the Shop with a Cop program of the Wood County Fraternal Order of Police, by giving a $200 donation.
The Avon orders have been delivered.
The service committee will be in charge of getting a Santa for his annual visit to the fire hall in December.
Following the meeting, members assembled and wrapped 30 packages of cookies and cocoa packets to be taken to the Otsego Food Pantry in Grand Rapids.
The hostess served dessert.
The next meeting will be Dec. 2 at the home of Barbara Heiman.

The club met on Nov. 6 at the Heritage Georgian Room.
President Evelyn Bachman welcomed guests Jim Gordon, Bob Blinn and Brian Stretchbery.
Corky Nosek, the GFWC state president, installed 10 new members: Jo Sipes, Judy Miller, Linda Myers, Deb McLean, Lola Judson, Tracy Newton, Lynne Comings, Joy Hobson, Karmen Concannon and Delia Ramirez.
Nosek performed a sign language version of " Rainbow Connection" as a tribute in memory of Joan Gordon.
Melanie Stretchbery gave an informative presentation on the Northwest Ohio Honor Flight emphasizing the veteran's emotions with pictures. She spoke about their patriotism, love of country and willingness to sacrifice.

TONTOGANY - Patti Wires opened the Nov. 6 auxiliary meeting, with six members present. Rita Euler offered prayer.
2014 membership dues are still being accepted. Send dues to Wires at P.O. Box 153, Tontogany, OH 43565. Call her at (419) 823-4233.  Paid dues are currently at 81; goal is 117.
Arthur Eagleson's family sent a donation for the funeral dinner served.
A sympathy card will be sent to Phyllis Johnston for her brother's passing.
On Nov. 20 members will pack boxes for the troops at 6 p.m. Chili and chicken sandwiches will be served afterwards.
