The medical office of Dr. Jeffrey Noftz II PT, MD and Gretchen Kuhlman, CNP has added the services of an
ear, nose and throat specialist.
The office has partnered with Toledo Clinic ENT, Dr. Christopher Perry, for services to be rendered at
the Bowling Green office inside the Heritage Primary Care and Sports Medicine at 1069 Klotz Road.
"We are proud and privileged to partner with such a great practice," said Perry. "Our
intent is to extend the same quality care, service, and expertise to the residents of Bowling
Green."
Noftz is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and the Medical College of Ohio. Since 2004, he has
been in private practice in Bowling Green, currently serving as the Team Physician for the BGSU Sports
Medicine program and an Assistant Professor with the School of Allied Health at the University of
Toledo.
Perry is a graduate of Des Moines University Osteopathic Medical Center and Henry Ford Health System. He
is board certified in Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat) and Facial Plastic Surgery. His primary
focus is the medical and surgical treatment of children and adults with allergy, nasal and sinus issues.
He is also an Assistant
Professor at the University of Toledo.
