BG POLICE
The theft of a 15-inch Apple Macbook Pro and a Canon Rebel camera were reported July 3 in the 100 block
of Ridge Street.
Jessica Griffin, 22, BG, was arrested on an outstanding BGPD warrant. She posted bond on station.
Citations July 4:
No operator’s license: Daniel Dionne, La Follette, Tennessee.
No seatbelt: Jerry Ashford, BG; Kayla Belknap, BG.
Speed: Sydney McNulty, BG.
Failure to transfer registration: Barry Wentworth, BG; Amber Elwood, Forest; Joshua Leber, Bradner.
Driving under suspension: William Szymanski Jr., BG (two counts).
Expired registration: Judy Zorbach, Goodrich, Michigan.
Underage/under the influence: Dillon Hill, Solon.
At a 5:55 p.m. traffic stop, Caleb Bibb III, 22, was arrested for possession of marijuana and drug
paraphernalia and was cited for expired registration. Kenneth White, 22, also was arrested for
possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Both are from Bowling Green.
Accidents occurred:
July 4
• at 10:42 a.m. at 100 W. Wooster St. Emily Reichard, Northville, Michigan, was cited for failure to
maintain assured clear distance after striking the vehicle operated by Ryan Gierhart, Weston.

One headlight: Adam Baroudi, BG.
Underage possession of alcohol: Vincent Schneider, Whitehouse.
Expired plates: Nicole Linhart, BG.
Operating under plates of previous owner: Boone Waldvogel, Haskins.
Expired registration: Ja’sohn Brown, BG; Sarah Kuenzi, Oregon.

Michial Ballard, 41, was arrested at 2:20 a.m. for criminal trespass after he returned to a residence on
Springhill Drive after he was told to stay away 30 minutes earlier. He was taken to jail.
David Chesney, BG, was cited for stopping at a sidewalk/private drive after he struck the bicycle
operated by Upendra Rijal. No injuries were reported.
Sometime after 11 p.m. July 4, someone threw a number 14 billiard ball through a window of a vehicle
parked in the 400 block of South Enterprise Street.
Thomas Wilson, Henderson, Kentucky, was cited for driving under suspension, possession of marijuana and
