An assault incident was reported in the 700 block of North Enterprise Street. A fighting incident, in
which several male subjects may have assaulted a female and another male, was reported in the 100 block
of Main Street.
At the Corner Grill, 200 N. Main St., Kyle Grassel, 24; Perry Fraylick, 22; and Aaron Williams, 22, all
of BG, were cited for theft. Joshua Franek, 23, BG, was arrested for tampering with evidence and
obstructing official business and taken to jail. The incident apparently involved the theft of a furnace
filter valued at $3.
In the 100 block of North Main Street, Connor Gilpin, 19, BG, was arrested for misrepresentation to
obtain alcohol and underage under the influence. He was taken to jail.
The passenger-side mirror was taken from a vehicle in the 700 block of South Main Street. Damage was
estimated at $400.
A windshield was damaged by a thrown object in the 400 block of Thurstin Avenue. Damage was estimated at
$500. The incident occurred within the previous two weeks.
