The process to replace Greg Christopher as Bowling Green State University athletics director has started.
Christopher’s last day at BGSU is May 2. He is leaving Bowling Green to become athletics director at Xavier University.
BGSU has retained the services of a search firm to aid in the athletics director search.
The search firm is responsible for developing the pool of candidates and then working with the BGSU search committee to identify candidates to be interviewed.
After the interviews, the BGSU search committee will submit a list of candidates for consideration to Dr. Mary Ellen Mazey, the BGSU president.
No timetable has been set to replace Christopher.
Mark Shook has been appointed the interim athletics director at Bowling Green. — CARLE
