Logan Pastor and Noelle Yoder have left Bowling Green’s women’s basketball program, first-year head coach Jennifer Roos confirmed Thursday.
Pastor, a freshman last season, is expected to play at Malone University this fall. Yoder, who played two seasons with the Falcons, will play with Ashland University in 2012-13. Both are immediately eligible.
“They both left on a good note,” Roos said.
Pastor, 5-feet-9, played in 29 games last season. She averaged 8.8 minutes, 1.8 points, 1.0 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game.
In two seasons, Yoder, 5-6, played in 45 games, averaging 6.3 minutes and 2.5 points per game.
Kaila Hulls, who did not play last season after suffering a knee injury in the preseason, had previously left the Falcons, transferring to Indiana. Hulls did not play in a regular-season game for Bowling Green.
There are currently 11 players on the Falcons’ roster for next season, nine returnees and two incoming freshmen.
Shanique Ogle remains suspended from the team.
Roos said it is possible another player could added to the roster for next season.
“If I could find someone to say yes,” Roos said about adding a player for 2012-13. “I am recruiting anyone who can fit the system, has the grades, and has the character.”
