Bowling Green goalie Andrew Hammond will miss his third straight start Saturday when the Falcon hockey team hosts Ohio State.
The senior remains sidelined with a hyperextended elbow suffered in the team’s series opener Oct. 19 at Colgate.
Hammond will not dress, meaning freshman Tommy Burke will start his third straight game.
Hammond was injured just 29 seconds into the game against Colgate.
Junior Scott Zacharias will be Burke’s backup for the second straight game.
Burke made 27 saves in a 1-0 loss Friday o the Buckeyes.
BG goes for a split of the series tonight at 7:05.
