|Falcons post 45-3 win over Miami|

OXFORD - Miami was just the tonic the Bowling Green State University football team needed.
After frustrating losses to Mississipi State and Toledo, the Falcons rolled past the RedHawks, 45-3 Tuesday night. The win keeps the Falcons in the chase for the Mid-American Conference East title and also makes BG bowl-eligible.
The Falcons are 6-3 overall and 4-1 in the MAC, heading into next Tuesday's home game with Ohio.
Matt Johnson and Travis Greene led BG's offensive effort while Jerry 'BooBoo Gates'¬† led the defensive effort.
Johnson was 20-of-26 passing for 252 yards with three touchdowns and an interception.
Greene rushed 14 times for 112 yards, going over 1,000 yards rushing for the season.
Gates recovered two fumbles, returning one 11 yards for a touchdown.
