Falcons’ Carpenter to play tonight

Bowling Green’s Ryan Carpenter will return to the lineup tonight when the Falcon hockey team hosts the
University of Alaska at 7:07 p.m.
Carpenter hasn’t played in a regular-season game this season because of a broken finger and a broken
foot.
A preseason first-team pick on the coaches All-Western Collegiate Hockey Association team, the junior
forward led BG with 15 goals and 33 assists last season.
Carpenter will play right wing on a line with left wing Brett Mohler and center Dan DeSalvo.
The 6-foot-1, 180-pounder broke his finger during BG’s exhibition Oct. 5 and his foot during practice
Nov. 13, two days before he was scheduled to return at Ferris State.
