|Scholl recital celebrates spirit of 1812|

TOLEDO - Great Performances in the Great Gallery continues with "Celebrating Heroes of the War of 1812" Friday at 7:30 p.m. featuring tenor Christopher Scholl of the Bowling Green State University faculty.
Accompanied by pianist Kevin Bylsma on the museum's 1840 piano, Scholl will sing 19th century music that commemorates heroes of the war.
Also on Sunday at 3 p.m., pianist Robert Ballinger of the University of Toledo's music department will perform. Both concerts are free.
