PEMBERVILLE - The Pemberville Children's Theatre will stage "The  Adventures of Jason and the Argonauts" in the Pemberville Opera House, Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m.
The play is a comic look at the Greek myth of Jason who with a crew of heroes  goes off to seek the Golden Fleece. The crew and the hero in this version prove to be a bumbling lot.
The castle wall used in the production is a historic artifact, created about 1895 that was discovered in the opera house, and refurbished to be used in the production.
Tickets are $8 and $5 for youth 15 and younger. Tickets available at Beeker's General Store.
The Pemberville Children's Workshop is made possible through The Gale and  Marlyn Williamson Performing Arts Fund which provides us with funding for children's programming here at the Pemberville Opera House.
