Piano students of Robert Satterlee will perform at 7:30 p.m. at the Manor House of the Wildwood Metropark
in Toledo.
The Jazz Lab Band I performs with guest guitarist Mike Stern at 8 p.m. in Kobacker Hall of the Moore
Musical Arts Center.
WEDNESDAY
Pianist Solungga Fang-Tzu Liu will present a faculty recital at 8 p.m. in Bryan Recital Hall of the Moore
Musical Arts Center.
THURSDAY
Visiting Distinguished Writer Tessa Mellas will read from her work at 7:30 p.m. in Prout Chapel. A 2005
graduate of BGSU’s Master of Fine Arts program in Creative Writing, Mellas received the Iowa Short
Fiction Prize for her debut collection of short stories, "Lungs Full of Noise."
Guest artist flutist James Hall with pianist Stephen Pierce performs at 8 p.m. in Bryan Recital Hall.
FRIDAY
Painter and sculptor Neil Callander will discuss his work at 7 p.m. in Fine Arts Center Room 204.
The Department of Theatre and Film presents "Blue/Orange," a play that takes place in a London
psychiatric hospital and touches on race and mental illness. at 8 p.m. in the Eva Marie Saint Theatre of
the Wolfe Center for the Arts.
SUNDAY
The winners of the Competitions in Music perform with the Bowling Green Philharmonia at 3 p.m. in
Kobacker Hall of the Moore Musical Arts Center. Tickets are $10. Call 419-372-8171.

Tuesdays at the Gish resumes screenings at 7:30 p.m. in the Gish Film Theater of Hanna Hall with
"Baby It’s You," a 1983 American film written and directed by John Sayles.
The Trombone Choir will perform at 8 p.m. in Bryan Recital Hall of the Moore Musical Arts Center.
