TONIGHT
BGSU piano students of Robert Satterlee will perform at the Manor House in Wildwood Metropark of Toledo at 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays at the Gish continues this week with a screening of "Five Minutes to Live" (1961), directed by Bill Karn. Johnny Cash plays a psychotic kidnapper who holds a woman hostage while negotiating with her husband, a bank vice president. The film begins at 7:30 p.m. in Gish Film Theater in Hanna Hall.

WEDNESDAY
Bassoonist Susan Nelson on bassoon, assisted by pianist Solunnga Fang-Tzu- Liu and oboist Lynne Marie Mangan will present a faculty recital at 8 p.m. in Bryan Recital Hall of the Moore Musical Arts Center. The program will feature the world premiere of "En Los Bosques" by Kyle Hovatter for bassoon and recorded tracks. The program will also include: "Le Grand Tango" by Astor Piazzolla; "Portuguesa" by Paul-Henri Büsser'Trio #2 for Oboe, Bassoon and Piano by Bill Douglas; "Dual Identity" by Gernot Wolfgang; and "Sonatine-Tango" by Pierre Max Dubois.

THURSDAY
Master of Fine Arts in Writing students Casey Nichols and Gabrielle Hovendon will read from their work at 7:30 p.m. in Prout Chapel.

FRIDAY
The North American Saxophone Alliance Regional Conference hosted by John Sampen and the Bowling Green State University Saxophone Studio will begin with registration at 5 p.m. and continue with a concert at 8 p.m. in Kobacker Hall of the Moore Musical Arts Center. The concert features Donald Sinta Quartet, the BGSU Saxophone Ensemble, University of Illinois Saxophone Ensemble and Central Michigan University Saxophone Ensemble. SATURDAY
North American Saxophone Alliance Regional Conference continues with activities beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the Moore Musical Arts Center. The day's activities include concerts, workshops and a master class at 2 p.m. with guest artist Frederick Hemke as part of High School Day at the conference. The day's activities conclude with a concert at 7.30 p.m. in Kobacker featuring John Sampen, John and Jonathan Nichol, Jeffrey Heisler, James Umble, Scotty Stepp and Paul Bro and the David Bixler Jazz Combo. SUNDAY
Activities on the concluding day of the North American Saxophone Alliance Regional Conference begin at 9 a.m. and include lectures, performances and at 2 p.m. a master class with guest artist Don Sinta.
