The February meeting was held at Bowling Green Country Club.
The sisters enjoyed a buffet lunch and silent auction book sale. The money raised will go toward the
chapter’s educational projects. Evelyn Bachman served as hostess for the meeting.
Bachman was also in charge of the program. The program was the showing of a CD about the lives of the
P.E.O. founders in 1869. Sisters learned about the music, dress and way of life in 1869.
P.E.O. is celebrating 150 years of existence in 2019. The next meeting will be on March 4 at the home of
Libby Dixon. The chapter will elect and install new officers for the coming year. Kathy Caperna is
nominating committee chairman.
